Introduction :

These days smartphones have become a very important part of our liveswithout which not you nor I can survive. With most people looking to buy a smartphone for around Rs15,000 and with so many phones out there in the market, it really made sense to look into this market and see what are the phones that are best in this range. For Rs 15,000 you get a choice of either taking an Android phone or a Windows Phone or maybe a dead platform like Blackberry OS. Most phones in this budget offer a screen size of 3″ to a massive 4.8/5″( From cheaper Chinese or Indian brands). If you want a good phone in 15,000 budget, I really suggest you eye on Homeshop 18 supper deals. As these days it’s really hard to get a “good” phone from a reputed brand(Sony, Samsung) under Rs15000.

There are many people having problem with the service centers too, this phones build quality is not up to the mark and has some launcher problems and many other small problems, but if you are okay with that then this is a “okay” phone to get.

The specs are pretty decent, don’t expect this phone to get Android 5, or anything. The phone might be able to run most of the apps smoothly, but not “many” thanks to the A5 processorNow coming to the screen, it produce crisp text in other words the display is not great at allSumming all things up this is pretty decent, but I would prefer lumia 520 over this.

Lumia 620 – Rs14,000

620

Nokia Lumia 620 is Lumia 520 elder brother. The smartphone is pretty good and by  pricing it in the under-Rs 15,000 price bracket it offers a really good performance compared to some of the Androids out there. The Windows-powered device is powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm Krait dual-core processor and it runs on Win 8 os.

Now coming the specs let us see what the phone offers

Here are the key specs of the Nokia Lumia 620:

Well I know they are many many more Phones in this budget that I have not included in this guide, mainly because the phone lacks somewhere or the other-either is terms of buid qualityGPUscreenolder android versions etcThere are many more ‘Chinese’ phones you can get that offer similar specs like Micromax but are you willing to take the risk? Of AFS (After sales)health hazards (High SAR values Please note most of the micromax phones also have high SAR values).  So just keep these things in mind when you buy your new smartphone. Hope you guys found this guide helpful, feel free to post your thoughts and suggestions.
